Majuelos Monte Obispo

A summer with great thermal amplitude made for healthy and delicate bunch development with an ideal concentration of fruitiness, color and aroma. A mild fall with moderate temperatures and cool nights allowed the grapes to slowly ripen to their optimum point. These idyllic conditions resulted in an extraordinary 208 harvest.
